We are bringing you some enhancements to the already useful Spotlight search!
We have heard your feedback and with the already presented global search, now you can search the chat conversations from the main help desk pages. The chat item is listed after the ticket list, and you can search all recorded chats by the customer name.
Similarly to other search resources (Dashboard, Ticket list, Knowledge base, Customers), simply click the search icon above the main menu and start typing the customer name. Choose the “Chat” item from the list, and you’ll be redirected to the Chat list with all recent conversations with the customer.
